IRCC Curriculum Transfer to FAU
This is the Florida Atlantic University (FAU) Civil Engineering Curriculum for Indian River Community College (IRCC). This curriculum applies to students entering IRCC for a future transfer to FAU, and is divided into three sections: Lower Division Non-Technical, and Lower Division Technical from IRCC, and an Upper Division Program from FAU. See the note at the bottom for stipulations, and speak to your department or school advisor at IRCC, or FAU if you have any questions.

[1] A maximum of 12 credit hours will be accepted at FAU for the Calculus courses. This course as well as MAC 2312 and 2313 could be used towards IRCC's math general education requirements. [2] A maximum of 8 credit hours will be accepted at FAU for the Physics sequence with lab. This course could be used towards BCC's science general education requirements. Physics II also applies. [3] Should be taken first term of first year. This course does not count towards the AA degree but it is strongly suggested that it be taken at IRCC. This course is needed for the Civil Engineering program and will transfer directly over to FAU. [4] This is not part of the Lower 48 curriculum but is required by the FAU Engineering Program, so the student can choose to take the course either at FAU or at the community college.
